Absolutely. We process your files temporarily and delete them immediately after conversion. We don't store any of your financial data - it's processed and forgotten.

Our AI achieves human-level accuracy on most financial files. However, we always recommend double-checking the results, especially for important financial decisions.
Q: What if my PDF is password protected?
No problem! Just upload the file and we'll prompt you for the password. Your password is encrypted and deleted immediately after processing.
Q: Can I convert multiple files at once?
Currently, we support one file at a time to ensure the best processing speed and accuracy. You can convert multiple files by uploading them one by one.
Q: Which banks do you support?
Our AI works with bank statements from any bank worldwide. It automatically adapts to each bank's unique layout and format — no manual configuration needed.
Q: Is this service really free?
Yes! We offer a free tier with daily page limits (2 pages without an account, 5 pages with a free account). For higher volumes, we have affordable paid plans starting at $15/month. OFX, QIF, and IIF conversions are always free with no limits.
Q: The conversion failed - what now?
If conversion fails, try these steps: 1) Make sure your PDF isn't corrupted, 2) Check if it's password protected, 3) Ensure the file is under 10MB. If it still doesn't work, contact support!
